Quintessential Consequences will be held at Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park, Vinnetrow Road, Chichester, Sussex, PO20 1QH.
Here are some links to the site map and information about the site.
The closest airport is London Gatwick and there are direct trains to Chichester from Gatwick, and central London, the station is about 10 minutes away and there are taxis.
The food situation will be clearer when we have their winter menus and we will keep you updated. We have talked to them about all the dietary issues that have arisen in the past and they expect to be able to meet these needs. They welcome supermarket deliveries and takeaways, and will help the driver find your lodge.
Runcton Farm Shop is a 5 minute drive away. They have a cafe open for breakfast & lunch; 9-4:30, last meal order 3:30. They have a lot of choice and various nice things on display and in their freezer section of the farm shop.
The Walnut Tree Pub is even closer than the farm shop and does lunches and evening meals.
Most of our units are in the bottom right hand corner. There are some accessible units which are close to the main building. There is one parking space for each unit and there is additional parking near the units and at the main building. It's around a 5-10 minute walk to the main building.
We have a mixture of accommodation which is described in full on the lakeside website. We will have lodges/caravans available from Thursday night to Monday morning. If you have been to Naish in the past they are very similar, and they are all very comfortable. These are not like caravans you see out on the road! They all have heating and cooking facilities. The main difference is that the lodges are twice the width of caravans therefore have more space inside, and have slightly nicer furniture, There is WiFi available for 10 devices in each unit for £12 for the weekend. For the avoidance of doubt, there are no hot tubs. Talk to us directly about accessible units, as there are 4 available.
All payments for accommodation will be made directly to Park Holidays. You will need to register your desired accommodation on this form by 15th March 2024 then once we have run the lottery for any oversubscribed units we will send each group a reference and the direct booking information. You contact Park Holidays with that reference and pay £50 by the 29th March. If you book later than this then we will do everything we can to get you into a unit, but you may have to go into a different type. The balance will be due at the beginning of October.
